– Putting your goals in writing and having them up on your wall is such a powerful tool! You can have them up in your office, in your bedroom or even in your bathroom. Seeing your goals every day can keep you motivated, and help you stay focused on what you are actually trying to do.

I write my goals in a journal and in my office I have a vision board with images that inspire me. The other little gem is writing my goals in my reminders on my phone and get one goal reminders throughout the day.
