Every single food item that you put into your body is ultimately going to have an impact on your health. If you are continually eating junk food or if you find that you are always trying to reach for sugary sweets at night then this isn’t good for you and your body may even be trying to tell you this in its own subtle way.
If you find that you are constantly low on energy then this is a clear sign that you have an awful diet. A lot of complex carbohydrates can have you feeling low on energy and sluggish as well. This is because when you ingest a lot of sugar, this will increase your insulin levels and it may even lower your blood sugar as well. This can leave you feeling very tired even when you have had a full night’s sleep. One thing that a lot of people do is that they eat way more sugar to try and counteract this dip in energy, and the rollercoaster carries on. If you want to try and avoid all of this then you need to try and eat nuts or other similar foods instead of sugar. Your body will thank you for it and you will feel way better as a result.
Having to Urinate More
If you feel as though you are constantly having to urinate then this could be a sign that you are dehydrated. It could also be a sign that you are using the wrong fluids to try and rehydrate yourself as well. If your urine is constantly concentrated then this can irritate your bladder. If you want to avoid this then you need to drink water until your urine is much more clear than yellow. Caffeine can also have the same impact on the bladder, causing it to feel irritable and also causing you to “go” more. If you can, try and drink water wherever possible and also try and make sure that you are avoiding caffeine.
If you have a lot of acid reflux then you may want to consider taking Zantac to relieve this. You also need to focus on dealing with the underlying problem. GORD happens when the ring at the bottom of your oesophagus doesn’t work properly. If stomach acid is able to pass through this muscle then this can cause you very severe heartburn. Being overweight can bring this on and you may even find that alcohol and even drinking too much can have an impact as well. If you want to stop this then the only way for you to do that would be for you to change your lifestyle. You also need to try and put the work in to really limit the amount of fatty foods you have as well.
Of course, there are so many signs that your body uses to tell you that your diet is all wrong and when you are able to put the work in, you will soon see how much a few simple changes can make a huge difference.
