Hi Everyone – Welcome back to the Flying RuNR – On this Episode we are going to be talking to Team Kerr. Team Kerr are an amazing running family from County Down in Northern Ireland. Comprising of Dad -David, Mum Sandra, and the main man – Aaron – their wonderful son. Aaron was born with chronic renal failure which resulted in a kidney transplant at the age of 13. Aaron received his kidney from his Dad David. As well as his Kidney condition, Aaron has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and a chromosome disorder. Aaron is a full time wheelchair user as well as being non-verbal. Theirs is a very special story of inclusion and I can’t wait for their story to be told tonight.
