Looking after our teeth
Our teeth again are something that can be overlooked. But the moment we get any ounce of pain and we are straight at the dentist in a heartbeat. Again our teeth are something that needs to be cared for to ensure good health in the future. We only get one set at the end of the day. Bad dental care can lead to infections which can cause further problems in the body. It’s just not worth taking the risk. Having regular check ups with a local dentist is a great way to avoid any issues. You may be able to catch problems sooner without them causing big issues in the future.
A lot can be said for moving more. This can be as simple as just increasing the number of steps you take each day. Make an extra trip up and down the stairs. Get out for a walk in the fresh air or have a dance party in the kitchen. Moving more will always increase metabolism which will help with weight gain. As well as improving your general fitness. No more getting out of breath walking up a hill. It may even inspire you to run or do more fitness, but it doesn’t have to.
